This hotel is a real gem! It's super close to the Powell Street station and near lots of food places but be aware it's also close to the Tenderloin area. The rooms were excellent; the service was top-notch, and there's even a laundry service available. The dining experience was okay; they had bread, but nothing extravagant. Overall, a convenient spot with clean, comfortable rooms and a friendly staff.

It's also near Union Square for convenient shopping; however, the proximity to the Tenderloin area can be a concern due to the large homeless population. The service was top-notch with laundry available, but the dining options, especially for Japanese dishes, could be improved.
